Accessing sites is now several milliseconds faster now because I added indexing to subdomain values in sites.

I can't believe that I didn't have this indexed for a long time. I didn't notice it initially because there were only a few sites in Owlstown. But now that Owlstown is serving more than a thousand websites, I started noticing it.
